You may request a refund only if:
- We completely missed your exam after confirmation and payment.
A verified technical issue on our side prevented the expert from completing the exam.
Refunds are usually not given if:
- You provided incorrect login details and didn’t update them.
- Exam instructions were incomplete or incorrect.
- You canceled last minute after an expert was assigned.
- You stopped responding during a live exam.
- Exam issues arise from the platform or policies beyond our control.
- You simply changed your mind.
Important Note: Once an expert logs in or starts preparing, the time slot is locked and usually non-refundable.
